Terms & Conditions

Purchase Policy:​
We DO NOT accept returns of used gear. If an item has a manufacturing defect, we will replace it with the same item or a similar item. We will exchange dive gear purchased from us, as long as it is unused. Refund of unused dive gear will be store credit only. If the Gear gets wet, it is considered used.

Repair Policy:​
If your regulator, BCD or tanks are in for repair or hydro, don’t let this stop you from diving. Elite Divers will lend you the above gear you have in for repair so you won’t miss a dive.
Repair Guarantee: Elite Divers will guarantee repaired items for a period of 6 months from the repair date. If, within this 6 month period, the repair fails, it will be repaired at no cost to you. Items left for repair must be picked up in 30 days. After 30 days, Elite Divers reserves the right to sell the item for the repair cost due Elite.
If a Sherwood or Scubapro regulator is in for annual service and under warranty, we will need proof of original ownership and proof of last annual service from an authorized dealer.

Class Policy:​​
Each individual class has it’s own prerequisites and/or policies. Please refer to the Courses Page here for more information. Class deposits are non refundable.

Rental Gear Policy:​
​No refund on rental gear taken, but not used (with the exception of canceled training or charter dives).

Wreck Dive Policy:
Destinations are not guaranteed. All depths are approximate. All charters may be subject to fuel surcharges at the discretion of the charter boat. Boat departs the dock at set times. Divers must arrive at least a half hour before departure time. Additional charters may be added to this schedule throughout the season.

​Charter Policy:
Full payment is required to reserve your spot.
CANCELLATIONS:
Three weeks prior to the dive – Full refund or store credit.
Less than three weeks – No refund unless your spot has been filled.
Full refund if charter is cancelled due to inclement weather conditions. No refunds if boat leaves the dock. Divers must have a minimum Advanced Open Water level of certification. Mandatory equipment includes the following: a pony or redundant breathing system, safety tube or sausage, signaling device, wreck reel, lift bag, dive light and knife.
