Terms & Conditions

Purchase Policy:​

  • We DO NOT accept returns of used gear. If an item has a manufacturing defect, we will replace it with the same item or a similar item.
  • We will exchange dive gear purchased from us, as long as it is unused. Refund of unused dive gear will be store credit only. If the Gear gets wet, it is considered used.

Repair Policy:​

  • If your regulator, BCD, or tanks are in for service, don’t let this stop you from diving. Elite will lend you the above gear, so you won’t miss a dive.
  • Elite will guarantee repaired items for a period of 6 months from the repair date. If within this period the repair fails, it will be repaired at no cost to you.
  • Items left for repair mut be picked up in 30 days. After 30 days, Elite Divers reserves the right to sell the item for the repair cost due.
  • If a Sherwood or Scubapro regulator is in for annual service and under warranty, we will need proof of original ownership and the last annual service from an authorized dealer.

Class Policy:​​

  • Generally, the class deposit is nonrefundable. Once eLearning is emailed to you, it is nonrefundable.
  • Missing a scheduled class will result in a rescheduling fee of 20% of the total course cost.

Rental Gear Policy:​

  • No refund on rental gear if it is taken, but not used. The exception is if training or a charter dive is cancelled.

Wreck Dive Policy:

  • Destinations are not guaranteed. All depths are approximate. All charters may be subject to fuel surcharges at the discretion of the charter boat. Boat departs the dock at set times. Divers must arrive at least a half hour before departure time. Additional charters may be added to this schedule throughout the season.

​Charter Policy:

  • Full payment is required to reserve your spot. Cancellations for a full refund must be made at least 3 weeks prior to the dive. If you cancel less than 3 weeks prior, there is no refund unless your spot has been filled.
  • A full refund will be issued if the charter is cancelled due to inclement weather. No refunds if the boat leaves the dock.
  • Divers must have a minimum Advanced Open Water certification. Mandatory equipment: pony bottle or redundant breathing system, SMB, signaling device, wreck reel, lift bag, dive light, and knife.
