Elite Divers' Policies
Our Purchase Policy:
-If an item has a manufacturing defect, we will replace it with the same or
similar item....or refund the cost. We will exchange dive gear purchased
from us, as long as it is unused. Refund of unused dive gear will be
store credit only.
Our Repair Policy:
-If your regulator, BCD or tanks are in for repair or hydro, don't let this stop
you from diving. Elite will lend you the above gear you have in for repair
so you won't miss a dive.
-Elite will guarantee repaired items for a period of 6 months from the repair date. If, within this 6 month period, the repair fails, it will be repaired at no cost to you.
-Items left for repair must be picked up in 30 days. After 30 days, Elite Divers reserves the right to sell the item for the repair cost due Elite.
-If a Sherwood or Scubapro regulator is in for annual service and under warranty, we will need proof of original ownership and proof of last annual service from an authorized dealer.

Policies for
Elite Divers classes:
-Each Individual Class has it's own policies. Generally, the class deposit is non refundable. Please follow the Diver Education Links.
Rental Gear Policy:
-No refund on rental gear taken, but not used (with the exception of cancelled training or charter dives)
And if it's
not listed here, then Elite Diver's is automatically right, and you're wrong!.
